Description of our house
Our beautiful, new, quiet 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom fully air conditioned
Executive House comprises a covered Entrance Porch, Entrance Hall, a large Living Room & Dining area with
remote control cable TV & dvd/cd player, telephone, a fully equipped Kitchen, & separate Laundry Room (with
washing machine & tumble dryer).
The 3 bedrooms comprise two Master bedrooms (one with an enormous King-size bed, & one with a Queen-size bed, both upstairs) & a third twin bedroom with 2 large single beds (downstairs). Both Master Bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom with a "super-size" oval bath & shower over for extra relaxation, TV with remote control, double size wardrobe & ceiling fan. The first Master bedroom also has full size walk-in wardrobe, floor safe for your valuables, and its own balcony. The twin bedroom downstairs on the ground floor also has its own private en-suite bathroom with bath & shower & double size wardrobe.
The house has the upgraded "executive" furnishings package. All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. Please see the floorplan for details in the link for the Map & Directions below.
Features of the house include all Linen & Towels, Hair Dryer, Electric Oven & Stove, Microwave, Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, built in Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, 4 piece Toaster, Electric Can Opener, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, Iron & Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner, Covered Porch & Balcony, dvd/cd player & 3 TV's with cable, one in the Living Room and one each in the two Master bedrooms.

After a long day at the Theme Parks or on the Golf Course the last thing you want to do is start cooking. Walk to the Clubhouse, relax at the Regal Palms Resort bar, order a meal, sit outside overlooking the superb landscaped surroundings of the tropical pools or mix with others on vacation in the Clubhouse, have a game of pool, or surf the internet, all in comfortable air conditioned surroundings.

The Regal Palms Resort & its facilities
The Clubhouse features a convenient on-site 24 hour/7 day per week Reception & Check-In desk, and includes a large Restaurant, with terrace service onto the Poolside Patio, & a Sports Bar with satellite TV (so no drinking and driving, then!). There is Live Music most Friday & Saturday nights, Karaoke on Thursday nights & entertainment on most days (in the season). In addition there is a Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table & a dozen other video games and an Internet Cafe comprising of 4 workstations with ADSL broadband & free wireless internet connection for laptop computers.

Within 2 minutes walk there is a large Publix Supermarket & if you decide you prefer to dine in but don't want to
cook yourself, there is also a Chinese & Pizza take-out, and licensed bar. In addition, within 5 minutes there is a Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office, numerous restaurants (for example, a NEW Applebee's, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, American "homestyle" such as Cracker Barrel), MacDonald's, Denny's, Wendy's, Subway sandwich bar, an English style Pub (Happy Hour 4 to 7pm), Gas/Petrol Stations, a Hairdresser etc. There is also a new WAL-MART store on the N.E. corner of Hwy 192 and Hwy 27, just 2 miles/4 minutes away! You really are spoilt for choice in Orlando. Choose from quality restaurants like Kobe Japanese, Ponderosa, Shoney's, The Olive Tree, or Red Lobster or the prestigious Restaurants & Bars of Celebration. Whether its this, or Pizza Hut, or Taco Bell, or an "all you can eat" breakfast buffet, there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes within a minutes drive.
Then there are the Orlando Attractions! Disney World with its 4 Theme Parks (15 minutes), Universal Studios with its 2
Theme Parks (25 minutes), Sea World (20 minutes), Discovery Cove, Wet 'n Wild, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Cypress Gardens, Watermania, GatorLand, Orlando Old Town, the Boggy Creek Airboat rides, & even a helicopter ride that will fly you over the whole lot. Hit the nightlife in "Medieval Times", "Arabian nights" or the fantastic "Cirque du Soleil" show in Downtown Disney. Don't forget all the superb Malls to explore for designer label bargains and all the superb restaurants down the 192 and in Downtown Disney & Celebration! Alternatively, discover the Florida wildlife by canoe or by horseback in the beautiful National Parks, swim with dolphins or manatees, go alligator spotting on an airboat, or venture a bit further afield to Busch Gardens for some of the best rollercoasters in Florida (35 minutes), NASA's Kennedy Space Centre (35 minutes), and the sandy beaches of Clearwater & Tampa Bay and Daytona Beach, just 40 minutes away.
The prestigious PGA rated Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located right next door
(walking distance), which is a par 72 Championship course. Mike Dasher designed the course and
it provides players with pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish
courses, and a bit of Old Florida with the citrus trees coming into play throughout the course. In addition, for those on a budget, the Polo Park Golf Course (open to the public offering green fees for just $35) is located just 3
minutes drive north on Highway 27, & for those looking for something special,
Greg Norman's World acclaimed Champions Gate 36 hole Golf Course
is just a short drive south down the I-27, about 5 minutes away. In addition, just up Highway 27 to the north is
Legends at Orange Lake Resort & Country Club. There really is dozens of excellent courses in the area, just a few minutes
drive away.
