Prices are in $ US dollars, but if you would like a quote in any other currency, such as £ UK Sterling, just let us know!

Comparing prices?! Our prices below include the 12½% Florida Sales Taxes. Most other Owners conveniently forget to include this tax, so you need to remember to ADD this to their price to get a fair comparison.
In addition, our houses are located in quiet & convenient locations, not backing onto a noisy main road or an area under construction, and the Resort is not miles from anywhere in a remote residential area. Vacation homes are not all the same! ¹ This special offer is for as many nights as you wish! However there is a "one off" additional cleaning charge to clean the house at the end of the rental to add on top of the price quoted for reservations of 5 nights or less! For the 3 bedroom house this cleaning charge is $75 and for the 4 bedroom house the cleaning charge is $85. Reservations of 6 nights or more the clean fee is wavered, as we absorb this charge. |

² Please note! All reservations are accepted subject to guests agreeing to temporary Membership of the Regal Palms Sports & Social Club. There is a charge of just $10 per night per group/household (not per guest! It does not matter how many guests in your party). So 4 nights equates to only $40 even if you have 8 guests in your party. This charge entitles all guests to access to all the facilities which includes full use of the Regal Palms Resort, Clubhouse, the heated Water Park, heated Swimming Pools, Water Slide, Lazy River, indoor & outdoor heated Jacuzzi's (as hot as a bath!), Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, free beach towel rental, free wireless internet connection etc. You pay this directly to the Resort when you Check-In. |

Notes on the Phases of the Resort Due to its design, no house on any part of the Resort is closer than 1 minute walk from the Clubhouse, although we actually own the 3 bedroom house which is the closest to the Clubhouse on the whole Resort. The Clubhouse is situated in the furthest South East corner and all the houses are located to the West & North West of this. There are five Phases of houses on the Resort. The closest houses are in Phase One (the first Phase to be built) then Phase Two, then Phase Three, then Phase Four etc. Phase One houses are 1 to 3 minutes walk to the Clubhouse, Phase Two, 2 to 4 minutes walk, Phase Three, 3 to 6 minutes, Phase Four, 5 to 8 minutes, and Phase Five about 10 to 20 minutes walk from the Clubhouse. The closest house in Phase Five is about ½ mile away from the Pool Complex, the furthest, 1 mile. All of our houses are in quiet locations. NONE are located next to the Sand Mine Road. |
